Hotel Bristol - Sorrento

The views from our room were amazing, overlooking the bay and Vesuvius. The suite with spa bath was spacious and allowed us to relax comfortably. The staff's attentiveness really made our dining experiences nice and enjoyable. The internet connection could use improvement.

A bit aged, but still a hotel with charm. The view is breathtaking. The breakfast is very rich.

Very generous host - many thanks again for the upgrade, extremely friendly and charming staff, large breakfast buffet and of course a fantastic location with views over the sea to Vesuvius. Also a good accessibility...  

Nice place with great amenities like 24-hour reception, a lovely restaurant, and a rooftop pool. The staff once returned my forgotten shower bag, showing they care. I can't wait for my next romantic escape!...  

The setting was incredible, near to both Sorrento and the Bristol and the center of Sorrento and Bay and Marina Grande. Again, it was not too far from Wonderwall Art Gallery.

A dream hotel!

It's a pity that a waiter spoiled our dinner (a special evening for my wife), completely incomprehensible how such a man could get hired, especially if the rest of the staff was very serious, very courteous and just perfect. Fortunately, the head waiter intervened!

100% recommend for one night

Fine views, friendly staff, and clean room made our stay nice, with the beautiful breakfast served on the balcony being a highlight, and the bus stop right in front allowing easy access to explore the area....  

Closed parking lot, but narrow access for larg cars. Great view of the city and the sea. Beautiful roof terrace and large pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything's clean and neat.

Great Facilities, Happy Staff, Good Location

Breakfast buffet not always filled up, at the beginning at 7.00 o'clock some things were missing, especially the warm dishes - this should not happen!

Fine views from the sea-facing balcony made mornings lovely, especially with breakfast with delicious Italian grilled meat. The friendly staff were attentive. The only downside was the slow internet connection, which affected our ability to stay connected. Dining options were somewhat limited, but the food made up for it.

Since we were in Sorrento in March, we needed heat at night. The blower starts several times during the night and is clearly audible.

Everything! Great location, exceptionally nice and helpful staff and great food. We spent a little more to get a junior suite and it was well worth it. Stunning views and spacious well appointed room. Unfortunately didn't have time to use many of the...  

it was a bit noisy at night from the busy road. the views from the balcony were stunning! ! the staff went above and beyond, making us feel so welcome. breakfast with fresh waffle options was a fantastic start to our day! 🥞

The location and views are amazing from the hotel.Great choice in buffet breakfast and dinner menu. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful

The double bed was two single beds pushed together.The room was a glorified holiday apartment not a comfortable hotel room.It wasnt great value for money.In our room there was a down pipe boxed off which meant every time some on the floor above us used the toilet or shower we heard the water going down,

Breakfasts are savoury and sumptuous!!

Its gorgeous hotel with wonderful views, free parking outside and amazing pool. The building is old fashioned and the rooms are new-fashioned and airy. I do recommend this property.
